1) To have an umbrella body to protect the interest of grass root education recruiters.

2) To have a voice by establishing relationships with different embassies in Nigeria.

3) To have a voice representation and to negotiate with ICEF and other global bodies about expectations by us as certified members.

4) To ensure we introduce our Association with Federal and State Ministries of Education.

5) To ensure we maintain or regulate standard of practice among members.

6) To organize training or seminars for new members so that they get in tune with valid information.

7) To ensure exchange of ideas and collaboration among members

8) To ensure new agents get assistance from experienced members and help them tackle the challenges they encounter.

9) To ensure there is always a meeting point for members to discuss issues that affect them collectively or individually and or among members.
